Additionally, Herbie has served as an Artistic Director for Carmen Carmen, lending his expertise backstage and onstage alongside hair legends. Notably, he is a valued member of the esteemed North American AVEDA Men and Women’s cutting teams, which embark on nationwide journeys to teach collection and core cutting classes.
